Hybrid Year Program

In addition to the online year program where you digitally follow a youth team, you will be invited once after the season to PSV Campus De Herdgang for a four-day 'train the trainer' session. Equipped with your own PSV clipboard and notepad, we will provide you with live training in the PSV way of working. During your visit to De Herdgang, you will be fully immersed in the PSV Academy experience. The program involves extensive on-field activities, giving you the opportunity to prove yourself as a PSV coach. Who knows, we might see you again at the PSV Academy or PSV Soccer School in the future.

Wat kun je verwachten en hoeveel kost het?

Naast het online jaarprogramma waarin je digitaal meeloopt met een jeugdteam word je een keer aan het einde van het seizoen voor vier dagen uitgenodigd op PSV Campus De Herdgang voor een ‘train de trainer’ sessie. Tijdens deze sessie word je live getraind op de PSV manier van werken. Tijdens de vierdaagse wordt het programma veelvuldig op het veld afgehandeld. Gedurende de veldtraining wordt er door de PSV Trainers ook gekeken naar wie er mogelijk in aanmerking komt voor een trainersfunctie binnen de PSV Academy of PSV Soccer School.

The hybrid year program costs €995 and provides you with 7 KNVB license points.

Passionate coaches who strive to improve every day. The level of your own team is not important; each exercise is accompanied by instructions on how to make it easier or more challenging.

When?

Every first Monday of the month, a new group of participants embarks on their online journey through the PSV Academy. The live days at the Herdgang are organized once a year at the end of the season in June. You will be notified in advance of the details.

General Information

In addition to the online annual program in which you participate digitally with a youth team, you are invited once at the end of the season for four days to PSV Campus De Herdgang for a `train the trainer' session. During this session you will receive live training on the PSV way of working. During the four days the program is frequently handled on the field. During the field training the PSV Trainers will also look at who might qualify for a trainer position within the PSV Academy or PSV Soccer School.
